Established in 2006, Dean & Alison White, the proud founders of Laurel Highland Alpacas. You can say that curiosity was what brought us to an alpaca auction that would forever change our lives. We knew once we saw those gorgeous animals, we had to be a part of the alpaca world. We made our first bid and so our farm began. Under the guidance of Laurye & David Feller of Sunset Hills Farm, our hand picked herd has grown offering the finest of top quality alpaca genetics from around the world.

Our most recent interest has been in the proud co-ownership of AML El Duro’s Principio. Not only is he an 8 time Champion in the show-ring, he offers phenomenal genetics which makes him an A+ addition. His off-spring have been absolutely superb and we are excited to see his legacy grow.

Currently, our herd resides at Sunset Hills Farm. We feel that this is the finest “alpaca resort” for our alpaca family and we take great comfort in knowing that each and every alpaca is given top notch care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
